ECC International, the leading process improvement solutions provider in Southeast Asia, is hiring Full-Time Management Systems Consultant!

We are looking for individuals who have expertise in QMS (ISO 9001:2015), EMS (ISO 14001:2015) and OHSAS 18001:2007

Knowledge in the following standards would be an advantage:

- IATF 16949:2016 (International Automotive Task Force)

- ISO 50001:2011 (Energy Management Systems)

 

About the Job

As a Consultant, you will:

(1)    Act as the face of the organization to local and regional customers;

(2)   Perform gap assessments, trainings, process definition and improvement workshops, planning sessions;

(3)   Create, nurture, manage and maintain strong relationship with customers;

(4)   Articulate and ensure customer clearly understands value generated through our engagement;

(5)   Work with the client team to help them achieve planned objectives.

Job Description

The position of Consultant requires the candidate to perform the following:

  • Sales - help understand needs in prospect organizations and support the close opportunities through making presentations / white papers or etc.
  • Training – help prepare / customize content for the training team to ensure excellent delivery at the customer place
  • Performing consistent research, sharing knowledge amongst peers and working with the management team on new products / services will be part of the responsibilities.
  • Apart from client management, the role shall also require the candidate to work closely with the internal teams

Candidate’s Profile

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of any field
  • With 1-3 years’ experience as QA Engineer, IMS (Integrated Management System) Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer or ISO Officer
  • Flexible and mobile
  • Willing to Travel and work extended hours
  • Can work with minimum supervision and tech savvy
  • Must be organized, keen to details and fast learner
  • Basic critical thinking (ability to analyze data and can give good recommendation based on audit results)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Basic Skills:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
