Complaints Management Training: Customer Service to Customer Experience

Makati City – ECC International (ECCI) Country Director Kama Neson “Kamesh” Ganeson has yet again shared his expertise during the 2-day Complaints Management training organized by ECCI’s learning arm APEX Global on March 12-13, 2018 at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.
