About the Role

As part of our constant growth to remain relevant and address our clients’ evolving needs, we offer a series of process consulting services and automation solutions.

We are looking for young yet experienced and passionate sales professional to join our growing team and (i) expand our client base; (ii) manage/nurture existing accounts.

The job entails generating new leads, nurturing existing accounts, spotting opportunities in these accounts, setting appointments, making client presentations, following up on deals, bringing them to closure, and building a relationship for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a database of new qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, articles, email, etc.
  • Responsible for seeking and developing potential business opportunities/ new accounts
  • Set meetings with business influencers and decision-makers to present our Products/Services.
  • Prepare the proposals that align with CLIENT needs and track the deal down to closure
  • Initiate and build client relationships, handle daily client requests, and anticipate client demands
  • Meet all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate customer, meeting conversation, and pipeline information.
  • Assist/ Support in the implementation of the company’s marketing initiatives
  • Help to identify areas of improvement in the overall processes, products, and services to grow and add value
  • Research & stay informed of the products, target account, and relevant industry
  • Work with the finance to ensure all payments are collected at defined timelines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Conversant in managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and sales process management
  • Ability to understand and articulate value proposition for products/services
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders in remote and face-to-face setup
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently without compromising team dynamics
  • Flexible, goal-oriented, and resourceful
  • Ability to adapt to changing work situations and environment
