Job Background

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account Managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a strong appreciation for the core products/services
  • Develop a simple plan for go-to-market with BU Head based on client and product mix
  • Represent ECCI professionally during networking events and industry gatherings
  • Generate new leads and expand the relationship with existing accounts/contacts
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client discussions and optimize the use of CRM tool
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work closely with consultants to prepare technical and financial proposals
  • Nurture and manage client relationships for continued engagements

Qualifications

Expectations:

  • 3+ years of services sales/account management experience
  • Strong communication skills – Oral and written
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Experience in pipeline management and CRM
  • Must be goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding target

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Services sales/account management: 3 years (Required)
  • Pipeline management and CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
