The 13th Knowledge Exchange Conference (KEC) was held last April 17 and 18, 2018, at the Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan. Program Manager, Maryanne Mendoza, served as a resource speaker in a plenary session entitled, “Convergence of various services in the Tech4ed Center,” wherein she introduced DigiBayanihan and its initiatives, Test Hero and The Career Engine, to the audience. The KEC is an annual gathering of ICT4D and Public Internet Access advocates that aims to create a hub for digital literacy training, online access to government services, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
