ECCI participated in the 2nd Philippine Retail Summit that occurred on March 14, 2019, in SMX Aura Convention Center, Metro Manila Philippines. For this year, the Philippine Retail Summit focused on the changes happening in the Retail sector brought about by the change in consumer behaviour primarily triggered by Gen CX (Generation of Consumer Experience). Gen CX is the modern customers of the digital era and the main culprit for the retail disruption.
This phenomenon comes as a result of technology disruption, the rise of social influencers, social media trends, e-commerce, social responsibility initiatives, and overall brand influence. It gathered the most prominent business leaders and influencers to share their insights and tips on how to keep up with Gen CX.
