ECCI has joined in this year’s Information Technology and Business Process Management Quality Summit (IQS) 2.0 with the theme “Age of Digital Analytics” held last 28th of October at Marriott Hotel Manila. Attended by top executives and experts in the outsourcing industry as well as quality management community, this conference served as a dialogue ground in raising quality and technology adaptation through analytics in ITBPM sector, ensuring a systematic approach in utmost quality across the country.
With the vision of making the Philippines a Quality Advocate, ECCI Group Country Manager, Karthik Subburaman joined the panel of quality experts and outsource service innovators to share his expertise on national leadership in compliance advocacy and its wide – ranging effects across different industries within and outside the Philippines. Together in the row of Panelist are representatives from Bureau of Philippine Standards, Philippine Society for Quality and Deputy Executive Director of DOST-ICTO.
